Masev.dev is operated by Vsevolod Gavrilov, Individual Entrepreneur, registered in Georgia (identification number: 302346450), who acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information processed and why

• Business inquiries. If you email or message us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond, discuss requested services, and manage the resulting business relationship. Providing inquiry information is voluntary, but without a reply address and sufficient details we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
• Technical requests. The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and security events to deliver the site, maintain availability, and prevent abuse. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

We process service requests to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to perform a contract. General correspondence and technical request data are processed for our legitimate interests in answering inquiries, delivering the website, and preventing abuse, subject to your rights. Where records must be kept by law, the basis is the relevant legal obligation. If a particular activity requires consent, we will request it separately; visiting this website does not constitute consent.

Cookies and analytics

The website’s own pages do not set cookies or use browser storage, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. There are no registration forms or user accounts on this website.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare, Inc. provides website hosting and delivery, security services, and Email Routing. Messages sent to info@masev.dev are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our destination mailbox. Cloudflare and the destination email provider process message content, attachments, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery information as needed to route, receive, store, and secure correspondence. Other communication providers process messages when you contact us through their services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for targeted advertising.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical and email data may be processed outside Georgia, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes its transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. The destination email provider may also process correspondence abroad. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your inquiry.

Links to Telegram, LinkedIn, GitHub, and the external portfolio take you to third-party services. Their privacy policies apply when you use them. This website does not embed their tracking widgets.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage related work. Information needed for contractual records, legal obligations, or disputes may be retained longer. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and applicable obligations; technical logs and email delivery records are also subject to the providers’ retention arrangements. You may request deletion of correspondence; we will explain if an applicable obligation requires us to retain any of it.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and restrict its use to the purposes described here. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Contact info@masev.dev to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a competent data protection authority.

We respond within the time limits set by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Certain information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address legal claims. This website has no user accounts to delete.

In Georgia, you may also seek protection of your rights through the State Audit Office or a court, as provided by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
